Over the past several weeks myself, my brother, and a couple friends ventured out in the woods to hunt some squirrels. We had a "blast" spending time together and enjoying God's creation. Squirrels are so much fun to hunt. They're small and quick which can make them hard to hunt (especially when they get up to about 60ft. in a tree). Here are some pictures that I took over two of our hunts. Enjoy!

These pictures made me think of your Papaw who I am sure taught you to squirrel hunt! I think he told us one time that he took squirrel brains to school for lunch as a boy! Yuck!
Keep up the great work with your photography. You do a wonderful job! Maybe one day you can take some family pictures for us when we are in Virginia.
I remember going squirrel "hunting" with my Dad when I was little - which pretty much consisted of me and my brother running to one side of the woods and trying to chase the squirrels over to where he was. :)
Hey Mrs. Stephanie, yes papaw has taken us squirrel hunting many times. I'm pretty sure my first hunting experience was squirrel hunting around the age of 6 or 7. He did used to eat squirrel brains when he was little; although, I don't think we'll be eating any of the brains from the squirrels that we got. :) Just let me know if you would like some family shots taken. Hi Haley, That’s one thing that’s so much fun about squirrel hunting, chasing them around until they decide to tree themselves. Of course, I tried not to chase them as much as I could, but once they take off running you lose them quick if you don’t chase after them yourself. I saw some of your work on Flickr. Great work, keep it up.
